Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Because all Products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style preference.

2. Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive the wrong Product or a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Discord Server or by email at support@round.one.
  • Include your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will investigate and, if applicable, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and will be processed back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or color, you must place a new order.

5. Final Sale

Except as described above, all sales are final.
