- We sell RoundOne-branded merchandise via a print-on-demand partner (Printful).
- Orders are typically fulfilled in 3–7 days and shipped worldwide.
- Some countries may charge customs or import fees we can’t control.
- Wrong or damaged items? We’ll replace or refund. Otherwise, all sales are final.

1. Scope
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase of RoundOne-branded merchandise (the “Products”) from our online store (the “Store”), available at round.one/shop. The Store is separate from our tournament management platform, which is covered by its own Software Terms of Service.
By purchasing Products from the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Store.
2. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment
We partner with Printful to produce and ship Products. Production and shipping times vary depending on location. Estimated timelines are provided in our Shop Policies but are not guaranteed.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment through third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping and Customs
Orders are shipped from Printful facilities worldwide. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are your responsibility.
5. Returns and Refunds
All sales are final except as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
- Wrong or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- We may require photos of the damaged item for verification.
- Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All Product designs, trademarks, and related content are owned by RoundOne. You may not reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit the Products without written permission.
7. Disclaimers
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except as required by law. Colors and appearance may vary slightly from digital previews.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- RoundOne shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to any Product purchase.
- Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the Product giving rise to the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas, under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to a class action or jury trial.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
